I know from my own experience that the first years with a baby are special in many ways. Living in Berlin, I’ve received a lot of support and warmth from an international community of moms which is why I’d like to give something back and hold this group coaching in English.
The transition to being a mom and becoming a parent can be an ordeal for you and your partner. In the Mama mental health week you get the space you need for your feelings and needs. You learn how to be kind to yourself while transitioning into this role.
Since 2020 I have been growing into this new, yet challenging and wonderful role of being a mom. Above all, I needed patience, compassion and exchange. Developing an understanding of how the changing body and life can impact the mind also helped me.

This group coaching week takes place from April 17-21, 2023. During this week you will receive daily inputs and challenge tasks, and have the opportunity to participate in live webinars.
You need 10 to 20 minutes for the daily inputs and challenge tasks.
If you participate in the daily webinars, you will need an additional 30 minutes.
